Body Lift
The body lift improves the appearance of the abdomen, thighs and buttocks. The operation removes excess skin and fat following massive weight loss. The popular procedures go as follows upper arm lift, thigh lift, breast lift and lower body lift.
It is important to know the level of training and expertise of the doctor you are consulting. The operation is usually done under general or spinal anesthesia.
The stomach and abdomen areas are most often loosened by excessive weight loss. The skin and fat are removed from these areas and the abdominal wall muscles are tightened. The procedure is repeated in the buttocks, thighs, arms and breast.
Abdominal etching gives a flatter, tighter stomach area, with stronger muscle definition. Using different liposuction canulas, the surgeon sculpts grooves in the fat layers to emphasize a muscular appearance.
Panniculectomy removes hanging skin and fat from the abdominal area.

Buttock lift: Inner thigh lift (Medial thighplasty): The incision is placed at the junction of the inner thigh and groin. Excess skin and fat are removed. Skin is sutured. A compression garment may be required for some weeks.

Buttock Augmentation
Recently there is an increased interest and demand for aesthetic gluteal contouring surgery. The shape of the buttocks may change with variations in fat, muscle content and distribution, as well as skin laxity.
Techniques used for buttock enhancement are implants, auto-logos fat transfer, and auto-logos auto augmentation.
For Dr. Cheahab best results are obtained with silicone gel filled, round or anatomic shapes implants. The implant is placed into the maximum gluteous muscles (intramuscular technique). A 5 cm incision is used and placed in the midline. Its completely not visible. The operation is made under general or spinal anesthesia and requires one night stay.
Patient can sit the next day and can lay on her back one week later. Panty is worn for three weeks. Results are excellent. Auto-logos fat transfer gives sometimes good results, but requires sufficient quantity of fat. Auto-logos auto-augmentation, composite flaps are used, is usually done in combination with body lift.

Hands Rejuvenation
Hand rejuvenation is a multistage procedure that requires treatment of both the skin and subcutaneous tissues. Similar to treatment of the face, topical therapies are extremely successful for thickening the skin and bringing a more youthful appearance to the tissues. Age spots and leathery texture can be greatly improved with these topical therapies.
Subcutaneous tissues are addressed with placement of transplanted fat into multiples subcutaneous tissue layers. By using thin streams of fat, we have rejuvenated and camouflaged the exposed extensor tendons and hand veins.

Liposuction and Liposculpture
After puberty fat cells stay the same in number. They act like balloons when they are storing fat. They shrink when we loose weight. Liposuction helps us to sculpt the body by removing these fat cells from different areas (cheeks, jowls, neck, arms, male, breast, abdomen, back, buttocks, thigh, lips, knees, ankles and calves). After this procedure, these cells never come back. The skin must be elastic and in good quality, to obtain a good contraction after the procedure.
The new tumescent liposuction technique and the micro-cannulas allow for amore gradual, targeted, and metered treatment and a more gradual and controlled removal of fat. This enables the surgeon to give smoother results.
Anesthesia is often local with sedation. A solution of lidocaine and ringer lactate is injected into the fatty area. This constricts the blood vessels, anesthetise the area and allows the surgeon to suction the fat. Micro canulas are inserted through small openings and the fat is removed. No stitches are needed to close the openings.
The target actually is to sculpt the body and to reshape it .Its the so called liposculpture.

Its not uncommon especially after a womans childbearing years, for the need for aesthetic improvement of the abdominal area, to coincide with the desire for breast augmentation. The combination of full abdominoplasty with breast augmentation offers the unique opportunity to have both procedures performed not only during the same operative session but also through the same incision. The procedure consists of creating tunnels toward the breasts through the abdominoplasty area. The pocket to receive prosthesis made through these tunnels.
After placement of prosthesis the abdominoplasty is completed and the unique incision in the lower abdomen is sutured. Results are excellent; no complications are noticed. Abdominoplasty or tummy tuck is a surgical procedure to remove excess skin and fat from the abdomen and to tighten the muscles of the abdominal wall. This procedure is particularly helpful for: Women with multiple pregnancies, after dramatic weight loss, men with protruding abdomen and men and women with abdominal scars. Abdominoplasty enhances your appearance and your self confidence.
Fat from the trunk and epigastric areas is suctioned. Flaccid skin and fat are fully excised from the infraumbilical area. A tunnel is made upward to the rib cage. Abdominal muscles are tightened in the midline and the skin flap is re-draped. The belly button is reshaped and repositioned. The incision is sutured and firm elastic dressings are applied.
Abdominoplasty is usually carried either under general or spinal anesthesia. A stay for one or two nights is recommended. A support garment is worn for three weeks. Physical activity is limited for one week, but is increased at a steady (pace).This operation gives a slimmer thinner figure with a flatter abdomen. The U form scar is situated in the lower abdomen and usually undetectable.
The operation can be combined with a breast surgery, a full liposuction, a face lift and other procedures.
